1. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old, and legally able to use the platform in your location, to access LustSell or create an account. By entering the site and registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements. The age confirmation is a self-declaration, not identity verification.
Every person depicted in uploaded content must be an adult and must have consented to the creation and sharing of that content. Content involving minors is prohibited.
2. What LustSell provides
LustSell is a directory for independent models and customers. Models can publish profiles, galleries, services, accepted payment methods, contact links, and availability. The platform does not process payments, hold funds, make bookings, employ listed models, or act as an agent for either party.
A listing, review, or presence in the directory is not a verification, endorsement, or guarantee of identity, service quality, availability, or payment security. Search is available to signed-in model accounts; published profiles and the directory can be viewed publicly after the age confirmation.
3. Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use an account you are authorized to control. Do not impersonate another person or create accounts to manipulate reviews or evade restrictions. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
Choose a public display name and handle that you have the right to use. Profile handles are permanent so shared links remain stable. You can edit your profile information, change your password, and unpublish your profile from the dashboard.
4. Profiles and uploaded content
Upload only content you own or have permission to share, including permission from people depicted. Do not publish illegal content, non-consensual intimate imagery, private information without permission, harassment, threats, deceptive offers, malicious links, or material that infringes another person’s rights. Services must be lawful in the places where they are offered and delivered.
You retain ownership of your content. You give LustSell a non-exclusive license to store, resize, crop, display, and distribute it as needed to operate your profile, directory listings, and social previews. This license ends when the relevant content is removed, except for temporary backups, cached copies, and records required by law.
Published profiles and their contact details are public and may appear in search engines. Uploaded images use public storage URLs, including before publication. Unpublishing hides the profile page but does not immediately remove copies cached by search engines, social networks, or other people. Only upload content you intend to share publicly.
5. Services, payments, and disputes
Models are responsible for the accuracy of their descriptions, prices, payment preferences, and availability. Customers and models must agree directly on the scope of a service, price, delivery, cancellation, refunds, and any applicable taxes before proceeding.
Payments and bookings happen outside LustSell. Payment providers and linked services have their own terms. Resolve service or payment disputes with the model and, where relevant, the payment provider. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Reviews and ratings
Reviews must describe your genuine experience. State what you purchased and provide fair ratings for experience and communication. Purchases are self-reported and are not verified by LustSell. Each account may maintain one review per model; you may update or delete your own review.
Do not review yourself, invent purchases, buy or sell favorable reviews, threaten users with reviews, or include another person’s private information. Models cannot edit or delete customer reviews. The operator may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
7. Acceptable use and enforcement
Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or use the service for spam, fraud, exploitation, or unlawful activity. Respect the boundaries and consent of other users.
The operator may restrict an account, remove content, or suspend access for violations, security issues, legal obligations, or misuse. Enforcement may happen immediately when needed to prevent harm or disruption. Applicable legal rights to notice or appeal are not limited by these terms.
8. Account data and cookies
LustSell uses Supabase to store account details, profiles, reviews, and uploaded media. Authentication cookies keep you signed in; an age-confirmation cookie remembers your choice in this browser. Public profile content and review display names are visible to visitors. Account email addresses are not shown in public profiles or reviews.
You control your profile content and publication status in the dashboard. Removing your profile does not guarantee that third-party caches or screenshots disappear. Authentication, hosting, and infrastructure providers may process technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
9. Availability and responsibility
The service is provided as available. Features may change and outages may occur. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular number of visitors or customers, search rankings, or the outcome of any connection.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for independent user conduct, third-party websites, or transactions arranged outside the platform. These terms do not exclude liability or legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the platform changes. The version date on this page identifies the current terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform where appropriate, and renewed agreement will be requested when required. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.
